Ihre Rolle: Als Seniorsachbearbeiter in der Buchhaltung sind Sie direkt der Finanzdirektorin unterstellt und tragen wesentlich zur effizienten Abwicklung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse bei. Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung und Übernahme von Aufgaben der Finanzdirektorin, das eigenständige Durchführen von Mahnverfahren sowie die Lösungsfindung bei problematischen Fällen wie Schadens- und Versicherungsfällen. Sie werden außerdem für die reibungslose Durchführung von Buchungen im BMD-System verantwortlich sein. Ihre Aufgaben: •Aktive Unterstützung der Finanzdirektorin in allen buchhalterischen Angelegenheiten. •Selbstständiges Durchführen von Mahnverfahren und Lösungsfindung bei komplexen Fällen. •Präzise Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen (ER) und Ausgangsrechnungen (AR) im BMD-System. •Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen zur Sicherstellung einer korrekten Finanzberichterstattung. Was Sie mitbringen sollten: •Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Transportbranche in Österreich. •Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse des BMD-Systems. •Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. •Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und selbstständiges Arbeitsvermögen. •Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, effizient unter Druck zu arbeiten.
